Credentialing fees

All physicians applying for Royal College certification must meet the Royal College’s training or practice requirements.

Fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change each year.

There is no additional fee for a second assessment. A third or subsequent assessment will cost an additional $450.

Maintenance of Certification (MOC) PER enrolment

Fee is per calendar year, pro-rated depending on time of enrolment. An invoice will be sent to you after registration in the MOC PER program.

A fee reduction of $500 will apply if your training history has already been verified by the Royal College as part of an application to another route to certification.

Payment methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. You must fill out a credit card payment form with your application.

Fees
Fees are collected when you apply. It may take from two to six months to receive your letter of eligibility. Please note that these costs are only for the credentials review. Exam fees are paid separately.

Receipts
Receipts are emailed. Duplicate receipts can be requested from finance@royalcollege.ca.

Refunds
Fees are non-refundable.
