Become a volunteer
Volunteers are an integral component of the Royal College’s success. More than 3,000 individuals, mainly Royal College Fellows and Residents, contribute their time and expertise each year. Volunteer roles come in a wide range of time commitments and responsibilities.
The Royal College volunteer identification process for committees of Council takes place annually in the fall, with new committee members beginning terms at the time of the Annual Meeting of the Members in February. Other volunteer roles (such as volunteering at our annual ICRE conference, or with examinations) are on different cycles and the Royal College may be seeking volunteers for these roles at various points during the year.
Interested potential new Royal College volunteers are asked to complete the Volunteer Profile Form. You will need your Royal College ID to complete your Volunteer Profile form. Your ID appears on your membership card and on statements from the Royal College, and is the same number you use to log in to the website and the MAINPORT ePortfolio.
