The Running a Competence Committee workshop is designed to be delivered in follow-up to Introduction to Competence Committees. This workshop includes:

  • Approaches to running a CC
  • How to address common pitfalls
  • Role-play activities designed to practice making committee decisions

Primary Audience: Anyone involved in updating a program’s curriculum (e.g. program directors, members of RPC, faculty or residents helping with CBD implementation, program administrators, Competence Committee members)
