Academic Certification

 The Royal College Academic Certification program is intended to recognize extraordinary academic medical leaders who are a full-time academic faculty member at the rank of full or associate professor at a Canadian University. The program is particularly aimed at time protected clinician scientists & researchers, clinician administrators/leaders and innovators in medical education. This route to Royal College certification is not intended for those who have a reasonable alternate route to certification.

Academic Certification requires nomination from the Dean of the relevant faculty of medicine and is not open to self application.  Nominations must be submitted by February 28 for the spring cycle and by August 31^st for the fall cycle. Please contact your Dean’s office for more information.
