Subspecialty Examination Affiliate Program (SEAP) eligibility requirements Through SEAP, international medical graduates who are not Royal College-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology are eligible to train in Royal College-accredited GREI training programs and are eligible to write the Royal College GREI subspecialty training examination. However, the SEAP route does not confer eligibility for Royal College subspecialty certification in GREI. Rather, SEAP candidates will receive an attestation of successful completion of the Royal College subspecialty examination, and they will have the option of becoming a Royal College Subspecialist Affiliate.
