Sino-Canadian Forum for Excellence in Residency Education

The inaugural Sino-Canadian Forum for Excellence in Residency Education (SCFERE) is being held in Shanghai, China from November 29–30, 2019.

Bringing together speakers from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (Royal College), the Chinese Medical Doctor Association (CMDA) and the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC), this event will promote quality improvement during a crucial transformative period in China’s approach to postgraduate medical education.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Learning from international experience and improving teaching ability," where participants will be able to acquire practical and effective teaching experiences while learning about Canadian approaches to, and successes in medical education.
